YG-1 E5E49 Alu-Power solid-carbide end mills are long-length, three-flute plain-shank cutters with a 45° helix. They are designed for machining aluminium and copper materials, with mirror surface flutes aiding chip evacuation and surface finish. Optimised cutting edges support increased tool life, while the uncoated square-end design suits general milling operations.
Long-length geometry provides useful reach for non-ferrous milling operations requiring extended cutting reach. The selected SKU range covers 3 to 20 mm cutting diameters and 6 to 20 mm shanks. This solid-carbide series suits non-ferrous machining applications requiring a three-flute plain-shank cutter for production work.
