YG-1 EQ510 is a TiAlN-coated, two-flute HSS Co8 extra-long square end mill with a flat shank. It is designed for extended-reach milling where extra-long cutting geometry is required. Available product variants cover 3 to 20 mm diameters for practical general HSS milling. The TiAlN coating distinguishes the EQ510 family within YG-1's General HSS end mill range. Each selected size combines a square cutting shape with two flutes and 30° helix. Flat shanks provide conventional toolholding across the selected 3, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 20 mm sizes. The extra-long construction suits applications requiring greater reach than short or long length end mills.
