YG-1 Jet-Power EH911 is a TiAlN-coated solid carbide two-flute short-length square end mill. Plain-shank geometry and a 35° helix support slotting and milling in stainless steels, titanium, and steels below HRc45. Ultra micro grain carbide and reinforced cutting edges are specified to reduce corner-edge chipping. It is also suitable for alloy, tool, carbon, and prehardened steels. The mill diameter range runs from 1.0 to 25.0 mm. Available plain shank diameters run from 4.0 to 25.0 mm across the series. Square cutting geometry defines the cutting profile used by the EH911 series. EH911 is the plain-shank alternative within this paired short-length two-flute product family.
