Product Description

YG-1 GYG52 Only One PM60 end mills are four-flute, multiple-helix, short-length flat-shank tools with Y Coating. Their centre-cutting square-end geometry supports milling operations requiring precise short-reach, flat-bottomed features. The 35°/37° helix configuration and 45° chamfer geometry distinguish this GYG52 series.

The range covers 3 to 25 mm mill diameters, with 6 to 25 mm shanks. Length of cut spans 8 to 45 mm, while overall lengths extend from 52 to 121 mm. Choose the required diameter for centre-cutting milling with a compact short-length tool design. Chamfers are 0.1 mm through 12 mm diameters and 0.2 mm from 14 mm upward.
