YG-1 GA938 Tank-Power is a TiAlN-coated HSS-PM four-flute short-length end mill. It machines carbon steels, alloyed steels and stainless steels in high-speed cutting applications. The four-flute design is recommended for pocketing, cam milling, die sinking and slotting. YG-1’s Tank-Power coating is newly developed for high-speed cutting applications. Mill diameters cover 1 to 25 mm, providing options for a broad range of milling sizes. Lengths of cut range from 3 to 45 mm across the GA938 series. Overall lengths range from 49 to 121 mm, and shank diameters range from 6 to 25 mm. The smallest 1 mm GA938010 variant features centre-cut end teeth.
