YG-1 DHM25 Dream Drill MQL Type is a solid carbide coolant-hole drill engineered for 25×D deep-hole drilling. It is compatible with minimum quantity lubrication systems and targets ISO P, M and K workpiece materials. A TiAlN nano-layer full coating and polished flutes support enhanced chip evacuation during productive drilling. The 4-Facet Point provides good centring capability when establishing deep, extra-long holes.
Available diameters range from 3 to 10 mm, with 6, 8 or 10 mm end mill shanks. Flute lengths span 85 to 282 mm, while overall lengths range from 125 to 326 mm. This series suits controlled deep-hole drilling where MQL delivery and internal coolant holes are required.
