YG-1 DHM10 Dream Drill MQL Type is a solid carbide 10XD coolant-hole drill for deep-hole drilling. Designed for minimum quantity lubrication systems, it provides extended drilling reach through internal coolant holes. Its 140° four-facet point supports good centring capability at the start of each hole. Optimised special flutes and polished surfaces assist chip removal during productive drilling operations. A TiAlN nano-layer full coating complements the polished flute design for enhanced chip evacuation. The end mill shank family covers 3.0 to 13.5 mm diameters for varied hole sizes. It is suited to MQL-compatible drilling applications requiring a long-reach 10XD solid carbide drill.
