YG-1 TM933 is a bright metric spiral flute machine tap for nickel-alloy threading. Designed for internal ISO metric coarse threads, it taps nickel alloys and heat-resistant alloy steels. These materials are used in aerospace and chemical industry applications. The bright-finish range covers M2 × 0.4 through M20 × 2.5 metric coarse sizes. Sizes M2 to M10 use DIN 371, while supplied larger sizes use DIN 376. Each listed tap provides three flutes, except the M20 × 2.5 variant, which has four. The series supports machining where nickel alloy and heat-resistant alloy steel threads are required. Select the appropriate tap size and tapping drill diameter for the required thread.
- Bright finish for nickel alloys and heat-resistant alloy steels
- ISO metric coarse thread form to DIN 13
- Metric sizes from M2 × 0.4 to M20 × 2.5
- DIN 371 sizes from M2 to M10
- DIN 376 sizes from M12 to M20
- Three flutes on most sizes with four flutes on M20 × 2.5
