Redeeming Your Points
All points have a dollar value that can be redeemed at any time.
Your current membership and points status will be shown on each invoice.
*The minimum annual expenditure is calculated on a rolling monthly basis. Should your rolling 12-month expenditure fall below the required minimum spend for your tier, you will be reassigned to the lower tier. Exceptions may apply. **A total of 2,000 points must be accumulated before points can be redeemed. +Customers are entitled to a selection of six pre-planned promotions, with one promotion available per quarter.
