YG-1 ALU-POWER E5522 is a long-length, plain-shank solid carbide end mill with two 45° helix flutes. Designed for aluminium and copper alloys, it provides excellent chip evacuation and surface finish. Mirror surface flutes support chip flow, while optimised cutting edges are intended for increased tool life. The cylindrical margin, eccentric primary relief and chip pocket geometry support the series design. Plain-shank sizes cover 3.0 to 20.0 mm mill diameters for varied milling requirements. Cutting lengths run from 8 to 38 mm, with overall lengths from 57 to 104 mm. The h5 shank tolerance is specified at zero to minus 0.015 mm.
