YG-1 TC633 is an HSS-E metric spiral flute long shank combo tap with 2.5×D capacity. Special patented tap geometry supports multi-purpose threading, correct thread profiles and extended tool life. R40 spiral flutes provide chip evacuation for blind-hole tapping in supported engineering materials. Bright-finish tools produce ISO metric coarse threads to DIN 13 with a 6H tolerance. The long-shank configuration extends overall lengths from 100 to 280 mm across M3 to M20. The range covers M3 × 0.5 through M20 × 2.5 metric coarse threads. Suitable materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and copper alloys. It features three flutes through M16, while the M20 size has four flutes.
