YG-1 TC804 HSS-E combo spiral flute tap is a bright metric threading tool for blind holes. This DIN 371/376 series provides multi-purpose tapping with R40 spiral flutes and a C chamfer lead. Its HSS-E configuration is specified for blind holes with depths up to 2.5xD.

Available thread sizes extend from M2 x 0.4 to M30 x 3.5. A DIN 2197 C chamfer lead is applied throughout the listed TC804 range. The bright surface treatment defines this variant family without an additional coating claim. This combination supports metric internal-thread work where blind-hole threading is required. TC804 is listed within YG-1 HSS-E taps for multi-purpose applications.
