YG-1 G9D76 4G Mill X-Speed rougher is a solid carbide corner radius roughing end mill with multiple helix geometry. Designed for high-feed heavy cutting, it supports roughing, plunge milling and pocket milling applications. The unique flute design promotes chip evacuation while helping reduce vibration during demanding machining. An optimal roughing tooth profile reduces cutting forces for more controlled high-load milling. Custom engineered X coating supports long tool life and chip evacuation. Available in 6 to 20 mm diameters, with 0.5 or 1.0 mm corner radii. Four-flute models cover 6 to 12 mm, while 16 to 20 mm models use five flutes. All G9D76 variants use a plain shank for straightforward toolholding.
