YG-1 G9D77 4G Mill X-Speed Rougher is a long-reach carbide corner-radius roughing end mill. Its multiple-helix 44°–45° flute geometry improves chip evacuation and helps reduce machining vibration. Designed for pre-hardened steels up to HRc40, it supports high-feed, heavy-cutting roughing operations. Strong end teeth support plunge and pocket milling where reliable cutting-edge engagement is required. The optimal roughing tooth profile reduces cutting forces while producing uneven chips. Carbide X coating is engineered for long tool life and effective chip evacuation. Plain-shank options cover 6–20 mm diameters, with R0.5 and R1.0 corner-radius selections. Four-flute tools span 6–12 mm, while 16 and 20 mm diameters use five flutes.
