Product Description

YG-1 XSEME59 i-Smart carbide modular head is a Y-coated, three-flute centre-match ball nose end mill. Designed for compatible modular assemblies, it machines steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron and nodular cast iron. Y-Coating supports the specified cutting geometry, while the 30° helix maintains the series configuration. Available diameters span 10 to 32 mm, with ball radii from R5.0 to R16.0. Modular coupling threads range from M6 to M16 to suit the listed head sizes. The series provides ±0.01 mm radius tolerance and zero to minus 0.02 mm diameter tolerance. YG-1 lists XSEME59 for non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels, including tool steel.
