YG-1 XSEME36 i-Smart 4G Mill modular heads are carbide four-flute square end mills with 27°/30° multiple helix geometry. They provide square-profile milling in compatible i-Smart modular end mill assemblies. The 27°/30° multiple helix configuration complements its four-flute square cutting-edge design. Y-Coating is specified consistently for every head in the XSEME36 series. Available mill diameters range from 10.0 to 32.0 mm. The family includes M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 threaded coupling options. Each variant also has defined neck diameter, length of cut, below-shank length and wrench width. Select the matching head diameter and threaded coupling for the appropriate i-Smart modular holder.
