YG-1 V7 Plus GMF59 is a long-length, four-flute corner radius solid carbide end mill with a flat shank. Its 35°/37° multiple helix and Y-Coating support milling steels, cast iron and stainless steels. Special flute geometry and a multiple helix design are intended to eliminate vibration during milling. The corner radius profile supports radiused corners and blended transitions in machined components. The GMF59 family covers 3 to 25 mm milling diameters with R0.3 to R1.0 corners. Each tool combines four flutes with a flat shank for long-length milling configurations. It is suited to practical machining programs requiring a radiused end-mill cutting profile.
