YG-1 V7 Plus GMG18 is a Y-coated solid carbide six flute corner radius end mill with extra-long reach. Its variable-pitch geometry is designed to reduce chatter in high-speed and trochoidal milling. The plain-shank series is suited to stainless steels, mild steels, cast iron, and low-to-medium hardness materials under HRc40. The corner radius profile supports milling work requiring a radiused tool corner. Selected variants cover 6 to 20 mm cutting diameters with R0.5 or R1.0 corner radii. Lengths of cut range from 24 to 80 mm, with overall lengths from 75 to 150 mm. Each listed variant has a matching-diameter plain shank for straightforward toolholding selection.
