Alu-Power 2 flute square end aluminium end mills are carbide cutters for machining aluminium and other non-ferrous materials. They suit machining work where a square cutting profile, two-flute configuration and chip evacuation are important considerations.
Choose between short-length and long-length plain-shank cutters to suit the required reach and tool length. The range includes 45° helix models, with lapped flutes and deep flute pockets specified on selected cutters to support chip control and surface finish. A TiCN-coated long-length option is also available, with stated use on stainless steel, aluminium and copper.
