YG-1 E5909 Alu-Power carbide corner radius end mills are uncoated, two-flute tools with neck relief. Designed for machining aluminium, aluminium alloys and non-ferrous materials, they support accurate milling operations. Corner radii help avoid chipping problems, while the geometry is specified for superior chip evacuation. Two listed sizes combine 6.0 mm diameter with R0.5 and 8.0 mm with R0.6 corners. Each tool uses a plain shank and maintains a corner-radius tolerance of ±0.01 mm. The 6.0 mm tool has 8 mm length of cut and 60 mm overall length. The 8.0 mm tool has 10 mm length of cut and 70 mm overall length.
