YG-1 EIB86 D-Power is a diamond-coated carbide two-flute corner radius end mill with a taper neck. Designed for graphite machining, it combines small corner radii and neck clearance for detailed milling. The diamond-coated EIB86 series carries an excellent recommendation for graphite machining applications. The range includes 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm mill diameters, both with 3 mm plain shanks.
Available corner radii are R0.1 and R0.15 for precise profiling in compact toolpaths. EIB86010 has a 2 mm length of cut, 30 mm below-shank length and 60 mm overall length. EIB86902 has a 3 mm length of cut, 50 mm below-shank length and 100 mm overall length. Taper angles are 2° for EIB86010 and 1° for EIB86902.
