YG-1 EIB88 is a diamond-coated carbide four-flute corner-radius end mill for graphite machining. Its R0.5 cutting geometry supports graphite milling, with necked configurations providing clearance below the shank. Selected SKUs cover 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm mill diameters, each with a matching shank diameter. The 6 and 8 mm tools have 10 mm lengths of cut and 40 mm lengths below shank. The 10 and 12 mm options use 25 mm lengths of cut. Diamond coating offers high film hardness and excellent wear resistance for longer tool life. Its ultrafine coating film supports smooth, excellent surface finishes on suitable materials.
