YG-1 EH919 Jet-Power is a carbide multi-flute 45° helix long roughing end mill with a plain shank. It is designed for high chip removal when roughing stainless steels, titanium alloys and materials under 45 HRc. Its TiAlN coating and ultra micro grain carbide construction support demanding roughing applications.
The EH919 plain-shank range spans 4.0–25.0 mm diameters, with three to six flutes and 0.1–0.2 mm chamfers. Fine roughing geometry helps remove material efficiently while minimising cutting-edge breakages. Suitable materials include alloy, tool, carbon and prehardened steels alongside stainless steels.
