XDP3200 is a neo-synthetic, water-miscible fluid for metal machining. It replaces mineral and vegetable oils with high-quality polymers that dissolve completely in water. This makes it ideal for machining ferrous alloys, delivering excellent surface finishes. It’s also suitable for yellow metals but not for aluminium alloys.
The formula is free from mineral oil, vegetable oil, and harmful compounds like chlorinated agents, boric acid, and nitrites. XDP3200 offers stable performance in all water hardness levels. It’s low-foaming at high pressures, provides great lubricity for ferrous metals, and is highly compatible with seals.

XDP3200 must be diluted in water at a concentration ranging from 5% to 15%, depending on the severity of the operation. It is completely water-soluble.
