Product Description

PNMU Inserts offer an increased feed rate due to chip thinning and outstanding stability due to direction of force into the spindle. Featuring a curved cutting edge & wiper reduce cutting forces to improve surface finish. The seperation of the cutting edge and wiper gives full use of all 10 insert edges, resulting in outstanding value.

  • Economical pentagonal double sided insert with 10 cutting edges
  • Higher depth of cut than high feed mill and higher feed rate than conventional face mill
  • Optimised insert grades for steel and cast iron
