YG-1 APKT16 milling inserts are two-corner positive inserts designed for 90-degree shoulder milling. Compatible APKT16 cutter bodies support square shoulder applications in steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium. YG602 PDTR variants cover general machining, while ST variants are specified for stainless steel. TR variants are designated for hardened steel, while AL variants use YG2002 for aluminium. The range includes 1604 forms with 04, 08, 12, 16 and 24 depth designations. Each insert has two usable cutting corners for practical square shoulder milling workflows. Select the insert geometry and grade to suit the workpiece material and application.
