YG-1 E5E48 Alu-Power is a solid carbide two-flute short-length end mill with a 45° helix. Designed for high-speed machining, it cuts aluminium and other non-ferrous materials using a plain shank. Its mirror surface supports excellent surface finish, while the geometry reliably provides superior chip evacuation. The design reduces chipping of corner edges for cleaner finished machining results in aluminium and non-ferrous applications. The range covers 3–20 mm milling diameters, with 5–26 mm lengths of cut. Overall lengths range from 50–92 mm, with matched shank diameters from 6–20 mm. Its uncoated construction retains the defined Alu-Power milling geometry for aluminium applications.
