YG-1 E5E50 Alu-Power solid carbide end mills are uncoated three-flute, 45° helix cutters with a neck. Designed for aluminium and copper materials, they provide a square-end profile for non-ferrous milling applications. Mirror-surface flutes promote chip evacuation and surface finish, while optimised cutting edges support increased tool life. The regular-length plain-shank family covers 3 to 20 mm milling diameters.
Each cutter combines a reduced neck diameter with an h6 plain shank. The three-flute geometry and 45° helix are specified consistently throughout the E5E50 range. Available variants use 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 mm shank diameters. Use them on aluminium wrought alloys, alloyed aluminium castings, copper, bronze and brass.
