YG-1 CRX S SGED30 is a two-flute DLC-coated carbide square end mill for copper. It is designed for machining copper, copper alloys, soft graphite and reinforced plastics. Its extended-neck construction provides clearance for reach-sensitive milling applications in non-ferrous materials. Special flute geometry is intended to remove burrs and support excellent surface roughness. A two-step taper neck below one millimetre is designed to minimise vibration. The plain-shank series has a 30° helix angle and square cutting edge. Listed variants cover 0.5 to 12 mm mill diameters, with selected reach lengths. Choose the matching EDP number according to required diameter and length below shank.
