YG-1 TCH14 is a HSS-E metric spiral flute machine tap with Hardslick coating. Designed for blind holes in stainless steel, it produces ISO metric coarse threads. Recessed threads support machine tapping of deep blind holes where additional thread reach is required. Special flute geometry promotes effective chip evacuation during blind-hole tapping operations.
The selected range covers M2 × 0.4 to M24 × 3 ISO metric coarse threads. DIN 371 dimensions apply from M2 to M10, with DIN 376 from M11 onwards. Listed variants include three-flute configurations through M16 and four-flute configurations from M20. Use it for controlled thread cutting in stainless-steel parts requiring blind-hole threads.
