YG-1 TTS37 is a TiN-coated HSS-PM metric synchro cold forming tap with oil grooves. It forms 6HX internal metric threads for blind and through holes on rigid CNC machines. The series supports high-speed tapping and is intended for synchro tapping applications. Six oil grooves are specified for every listed metric variant. This listed range covers M3 x 0.5 through M12 x 1.75 thread sizes. DIN 371 applies from M3 to M10, while M12 uses DIN 376 dimensions.
