YG-1 DH520 Dream Drills MQL Type are TiAlN-coated solid carbide 20×D drills with coolant holes. These extra-long drills support minimum quantity lubrication for controlled deep-hole drilling in steel and cast iron. Internal coolant holes help deliver lubrication along the drill during extended-depth holemaking operations. DH520 combines a 140-degree point geometry with polished flutes for chip evacuation. Available diameters range from 3 to 10 mm, with eleven listed variants. Flute lengths extend from 69 to 230 mm, depending on diameter. Overall lengths range from 120 to 288 mm for deep reach. The series suits non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels, tool steel and cast irons.
