YG-1 DHM30 Dream Drill MQL Type is a 30×D solid carbide drill with coolant holes for extra-long deep-hole drilling. The TiAlN-coated end mill shank design is MQL-system compatible and suits steel, stainless steel and cast iron machining. An optimised flute form and polished flute surface support chip removal during productive drilling operations. Its four-facet point provides good centring capability when starting deep holes.
Listed diameters run from 3 to 8 mm, with 6 mm and 8 mm shanks. Flute lengths extend from 100 to 265 mm across the supplied diameter selection. Overall lengths range from 140 to 305 mm for compact machine setup planning. Coolant-hole use is specified at 45 bar for suitable through-tool coolant systems.
