YG-1 DHM20 Dream Drill MQL Type is a 20xD solid-carbide drill with coolant holes and TiAlN coating. This extra-long drill is designed for MQL-compatible production drilling applications and features coolant holes. Its four-facet point provides good centring capability at the beginning of each drilling cycle. Optimised special flutes are designed for efficient chip removal and productive drilling. Polished flute surfaces with upgraded TiAlN nano-layer full coating enhance effective chip evacuation. The end mill shank design is paired with a solid-carbide construction. The listed DHM20 variants cover drill diameters from 3.0 mm through 12.0 mm. Each model is specified with 20xD drilling depth and 45 bar coolant capability.
