YG-1 EMB73 V7 INOX is an AlTiN-coated, five-flute solid-carbide variable-helix end mill with a flat shank. Its special flute geometry is designed for vibration-reduced milling of steels, stainless steels and cast iron. The 41° to 45° helix supports higher speeds, deeper cuts and high metal removal rates. The range covers 6 to 25 mm diameters, with 0.1 or 0.2 mm chamfers. Recommended materials include mild and tool steels, titanium alloys, prehardened steels, and materials below 40 HRc. Its long-length geometry includes reinforced cutting edges to support finished workpiece quality. It is suited to high-performance machining applications requiring an excellent finished workpiece.
