YG-1 G9D69 X-Speed Rougher is a carbide long-reach corner-radius roughing end mill with flat shank. Its multiple-helix, fine-pitch geometry supports high-feed heavy cutting and reduces cutting forces. Unique flute design assists chip evacuation and vibration reduction during roughing, plunge, and pocket milling. The strong end tooth design supports stable plunging and pocket milling operations. Series variants cover 6–20 mm diameters, R0.5–R1.0 corner radii, and four or five flutes.
The 6–12 mm sizes use four flutes, while 16 mm and 20 mm sizes use five. This X-Speed Rougher family suits machinists requiring a long-reach carbide tool for demanding roughing operations. Flat-shank variants provide the G9D69 option within YG-1’s X-Speed corner-radius roughing range.
