Product Description

The DLGP506 series Gold-P worm pattern jobber drills are HSS 5 Percent cobalt drills with a TiN coating working area. The cobalt content reduces cost and increases tool life compared to standard HSS drills. The worm pattern helix with deep lute pockets prevent chip build up making them ideal for deep hole drilling of Steel, Grey & Malleable Cast Iron, Aluminium and Magnesium Alloys. Diameters range from 2-13mm.

  • TiN Coating on working area with 5% Cobalt content reduces cost and increases tool life compared to standard HSS drill
  • Right hand, 38° helix, worm pattern helix with deep flute pockets prevent chip build up, especially in soft or long chipping materials
  • General purpose drill for Steels, Grey & Malleable Cast Iron, Aluminium & Magnesium Alloys
