YG-1 D1121 extra-long HSS straight shank twist drills feature a steam-tempered black oxide finish for deep holes. Designed for deeply located work, this drill series machines steels, cast steels, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron and graphite. The 118° point provides the specified point geometry for general drilling operations. The extra-long configuration is designed for drilling deep holes or deeply located holes. Available diameters span 2.0 to 13.0 mm across the D1121 family. Flute lengths range from 85 to 205 mm, while overall lengths range from 125 to 295 mm. Select the required diameter to suit the specified hole size and machine setup.
