YG-1 E2464 is an uncoated HSS Co8 two-flute 42° helix short-length end mill for aluminium. Its flat shank and square end geometry support general milling operations in aluminium workpieces. The high-helix design is specified for aluminium, including wrought and alloyed cast aluminium materials. HSS Co8 construction provides a cobalt high-speed-steel option for practical production and maintenance machining. This series is also recommended for copper, bronze, brass and non-metallic materials. Diameters range from 1.5 mm to 30 mm, with matching flat-shank sizes.

The bright, uncoated cutting tool suits users requiring a two-flute aluminium milling profile. Select the required diameter to suit the intended cut width and machine setup.
