YG-1 EQ516 is a TiAlN-coated HSS Co8 three-flute long-length flat-shank end mill. Designed for milling, it is recommended for non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy and tool steels. The series is also recommended for stainless steel and grey, nodular, and malleable cast irons. Three flutes combine with extended reach geometry for long-length milling applications. Available diameters span 3 to 28 mm, covering nine TiAlN-coated EQ516 variants. Its cutting lengths range from 12 to 90 mm across the supported diameter range. Overall lengths range from 56 to 166 mm for corresponding product sizes.
