YG-1 E2755 is a three-flute HSS Co8 short-length roughing end mill for aluminium. Its 37° helix and uncoated flat shank support coarse roughing applications in aluminium. The E2755 series provides 6 to 25 mm mill diameters for practical aluminium machining.
Lengths of cut range from 13 to 45 mm, with overall lengths from 57 to 121 mm. Available shank diameters range from 6 to 25 mm, matched to individual cutter diameters. Mill diameters use js12 tolerance, while shank diameters use h6 tolerance. Chamfers are specified from 0.51 to 0.94 mm throughout the range. The product family includes ten listed EDP numbers from E2755060 through E2755250.
