YG-1 EQ597 HSS Co8 long-length end mills are TiAlN-coated four-flute, flat-shank milling cutters. They have a center-cut design for milling non-alloy, low-alloy and high-alloy steels. The series is also recommended for stainless steel, grey cast iron and nodular cast iron. The TiAlN-coated configuration is supplied under EQ597 series part numbers. Metric mill diameters extend from 2 to 20 mm within the listed EQ597 product range. Cutting length, shank diameter and overall length change to suit the selected diameter.
