YG-1 EH841 Jet-Power is a TiAlN-coated carbide multi-flute long-length roughing-fine end mill with a flat shank. It is designed for high-velocity milling and fast chip ejection in difficult machining operations. Suitable materials include stainless steels, titanium, nickel alloys, and steels with hardness below HRc45. It is also suitable for alloy steels, tool steels, carbon steels and prehardened steels. The EH841 range covers 6 to 20 mm mill diameters in three-flute and four-flute configurations. Smaller 6, 7 and 8 mm tools use three flutes, while larger sizes use four flutes. Available chamfer options are 0.38 mm and 0.55 mm, matched to the specified tool diameter.
