YG-1 EH916 Jet-Power is a TiAlN-coated carbide square end mill with a long length. It uses a 45° helix and positive rake angle for milling stainless and titanium alloys. Ultra micro grain carbide and reinforced cutting edges help reduce corner-edge chipping in demanding operations. Flat-shank EH916 tools suit low-hardness materials under HRc45, including alloy, tool, carbon and prehardened steels. The range covers listed diameters from 6 to 25 mm with six or eight flutes. Selected smaller diameters use six flutes, while 18, 20 and 25 mm variants use eight. This multi-flute long-length design suits stainless steel and titanium alloy milling applications.
