Its roughing-fine cutting geometry is designed for roughing stainless steel, titanium alloys and heat-resistant super alloys. The TiAlN-coated ultra micro grain carbide construction suits the series' recommended material groups. This plain-shank range spans 6.0 to 20.0 mm mill diameters with four to six flutes. Length of cut ranges from 16 to 38 mm, with overall lengths from 57 to 110 mm. Specified chamfers range from 0.15 to 0.20 mm throughout the available product sizes. Recommended material groups also include non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy and tool steels.
