YG-1 G9437 K-2 2 Flute Long Length Ball Nose End Mills are TiAlN-coated solid carbide cutters with flat shanks. This ball nose end mill series is designed for radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours. It supports general-purpose conventional or high-speed milling, with wet and dry cutting capabilities. Two flutes and a 30° helix provide the documented cutting geometry. The TiAlN-coated K-2 range is suitable for dry milling applications at high temperatures. Available diameters extend from 2 to 20 mm, covering R1.0 to R10.0 ball radii. Listed tools have 3 to 20 mm lengths of cut and 50 to 92 mm overall lengths.
