YG-1 K-2 G9G48 is a TiAlN-coated solid carbide three-flute long-length end mill with chamfer. Designed for dry milling at high temperatures, it is recommended for ISO P, M and K materials. Its three-flute design combines stated advantages of two-flute and four-flute end mill geometries. The flat-shank range covers 3 to 20 mm cutting diameters for long-reach milling operations.

Selected sizes provide 7 to 32 mm lengths of cut and 57 to 104 mm overall lengths. Chamfers span 0.10 to 0.23 mm across the listed G9G48 selection. This geometry offers a practical balance between two-flute and four-flute end mill designs. The TiAlN-coated carbide construction suits high-temperature dry milling applications requiring a chamfered cutting edge.
