YG-1 G9453 K-2 is a TiAlN-coated carbide four-flute extra-long end mill for high-temperature dry milling. Designed for ISO P, M and K materials, it provides long-reach milling capability in suitable applications. The four-flute geometry is specified to improve workpiece finish quality during milling operations. Plain-shank variants cover 3 to 20 mm cutter diameters for practical machining selection. Lengths of cut span 30 to 75 mm, with overall lengths from 75 to 150 mm. Matching-diameter shanks have h5 tolerance, while mill diameter tolerance is 0 to minus 0.03 mm. These high-performance end mills are suitable for dry milling applications at elevated temperatures.
