Product Description

YG-1 G9B85 K-2 Carbide four-flute long-reach corner-radius end mills combine TiAlN-coated solid-carbide construction. They are designed for milling radius-bottom slots, fillets and special contours in demanding production work. Four-flute geometry and an R0.5 corner radius support controlled profiling with extended reach. The TiAlN coating makes this high-performance end mill suitable for dry milling at high temperatures. This selected R0.5 family covers 3 to 12 mm mill diameters. Smaller tools use 4 or 6 mm shanks and 75 mm overall lengths. Larger diameter options provide 8, 10 or 12 mm shanks with 100 mm overall lengths. Available lengths of cut range from 6 mm to 24 mm.
