YG-1 GYF98 is a Y-coated PM60 multi-flute long-length fine-roughing end mill with a flat shank. Its fine roughing form and center-cut design support roughing milling with extended cutting reach. The series uses three, four or five flutes according to selected cutter diameter. Mill diameters span 6 to 25 mm, covering eleven precisely specified variants. Cutting lengths extend from 24 to 90 mm and overall lengths from 68 to 166 mm. A 45° chamfer preparation is provided, with chamfer dimensions ranging from 0.18 to 0.36 mm. Flat shanks range from 6 to 25 mm, matched to individual cutter sizes. Selected variants combine long cutting lengths with respective three, four or five flute configurations.
